Six months ago NuTesla’s Founders received notice of allowance for their THIRD US Patent and have been awaiting its official publication which occurred today, August 27, 2013. US Patent 8,571,909 addresses wakening Ultradian Rhythm restoration and is a continuation of their first patent focused on sleep-time Circadian Rhythm restoration. NuTesla’s Founders also received notice from the US Patent and Trademark Office in July of this year that their FOURTH Patent has also been approved and are awaiting its official publication by the end of this calendar year. The three published patents provide intellectual Property protections for all of NuTesla’s current instruments, Somnius, Clarius, Tesla Jewels, Pendulum Plus, and Metronome. The fourth patent provides IP protections for NuTesla’s newest instrument, Pürius, which will be available after the official publication of its patent later this year.
