All Rhythmedics Instruments manufactured and sold directly by NuTesla have a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Any ancillary components, including but not limited to, power adapters, cables, batteries, etc., that are not manufactured by NuTesla have a six month limited warranty. If your Rhythmedics Instrument fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year after delivery, or an ancillary component not manufactured by NuTesla fails within six months after delivery, notify NuTesla of your product’s type and serial number via email to support@nutesla.com. Upon review of your support request NuTesla will determine if the product is in warranty and contact you with return instructions. In no case will NuTesla accept a returned product without prior authorization as indicated by a valid RMA# (Return Materials Authorization number) or SMA# (Support Materials Authorization number). If the instrument is not under the limited warranty, NuTesla will provide a quote to repair or replace the defective instrument at our option. All returns must be sent prepaid via a carrier with tracking information emailed to support@nutesla.com (e.g. USPS with Tracking) with the RMA# or SMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package. NuTesla will pay for return shipping to the customer.

If you desire to return your NuTesla Instrument for any reason within the first thirty days, notify NuTesla via email to support@nutesla.com within thirty days of receipt of your instrument, including the instrument type and serial number, and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The customer must pay for return shipping to NuTesla. All returns must be sent via a carrier with tracking numbers (e.g. USPS with Delivery Confirmation). NuTesla will refund your purchase price and any applicable sales tax through the online purchasing merchant (PayPal, Amazon.com, etc.) after receipt of the returned product in good condition with the RMA#.

If your NuTesla Instrument is out of warranty you can extend its warranty to keep it up to date and operating at its peak performance. For more information on extending warranties or having an out-of-warranty instrument serviced, please visit the Warranty and Service webpage.
